RISE is a school-based coaching framework designed to support teachers through intentional cycles of professional growth.

• Inspire: Research-informed strategies and effective teaching practices are introduced to build clarity and confidence.
• Support: Ongoing coaching, feedback and collaborative implementation help teachers embed new practices in the classroom.
• Evolve: Practice is refined, strengthened and sustained over time, supporting both teacher efficacy and wellbeing.

RISE can be delivered as a whole-school initiative or targeted support for selected staff, including early career teachers and instructional leaders.
